Delete your account and data

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

Open Saathi AI, go to the chat, type DELETE and send it — or open Profile and tap 'Delete all'. Your profile, saved conversations, bookmarks, and learning data are removed, and a deletion request is recorded.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email Sales@saathiai.co.in from any device with the subject 'Delete my account'. Include the phone number, email, or Google account you used to sign in so we can find and remove your data. We verify the request and delete the account and associated data, usually within 30 days and no later than 90 days as required by law.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, phone/email, language, location you entered)
• Your saved conversations and chat history
• Your bookmarks
• Feedback and personalization/learning data tied to your account

Delete only some data (keep your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app you can remove individual bookmarks and start a fresh chat. To remove specific data — for example only your chat history — email Sales@saathiai.co.in with what you'd like deleted, and we'll remove just that while keeping your account.

What may be kept

Anonymised or aggregated records that no longer identify you, and limited records we are legally required to retain (for example, to meet tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations). These are not used to identify or contact you.

Using Saathi without an account

Saathi's chat, voice, and modules work without signing in. If you never created an account, there is no account to delete; you can clear your local data anytime from your browser or device settings.
