Plain-language consent notice

English: We collect only the data needed to answer you, keep Saathi safe, improve reliability, and support your account. Hinglish: Hum aapka data sirf jawab dene, safety, account support, aur service improve karne ke liye use karte hain. Aap DELETE type karke apna data hatane ki request kar sakte hain.

Data we collect

• phone number, email address, display name, language, state, district, occupation, login identifiers, and profile settings
• chat text, voice transcript, uploaded image/document content, WhatsApp messages, bookmarks, feedback, and conversation history
• voice settings, preferred AI provider settings, usage counts, model/provider health metrics, error logs, timestamps, and device/network security logs
• offline cache and local browser/PWA storage needed to make Saathi work on low-bandwidth devices

Why we use data

• to answer text, voice, image, document, and WhatsApp questions
• to remember your language, voice, profile, location preference, and saved items
• to improve quality using feedback, learning data, provider health, and error monitoring
• to protect users, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and comply with lawful requests
• to run offline/PWA features and keep the service reliable in low-bandwidth conditions

Sharing and processors

Saathi may send limited data to service providers needed to operate the product, such as Firebase/Google Cloud, AI model providers, Sarvam, Bhashini, WhatsApp/Meta, and public government data sources. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

• request deletion by typing DELETE in Saathi Chat while signed in

Deletion

Signed-in users can type DELETE in Saathi Chat. Saathi will create a deletion request and remove app profile data, conversations, bookmarks, feedback, memory, and related user-owned records that the client can delete. Some security logs, incident logs, payment/legal records, or records required by law may be retained for the legally required period.

Children and sensitive data

Saathi is not intended to knowingly collect children's personal data without parent or guardian consent. Do not send Aadhaar, OTPs, passwords, bank secrets, medical reports, or government IDs unless the app specifically asks and explains why.

Security and incident readiness

We use Firebase security rules, role-based admin access, audit logs, blocked-user controls, and provider monitoring. Cyber incident logs may be retained as required for security and lawful compliance.

Saathi AI is operated by ENVROX LABS (Micro Enterprise), Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-GA-01-0057448, registered at Morjim Beach Road, Pernem, North Goa, Goa 403512.
