Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of Saathi AI across the PWA, voice chat, camera, modules, admin tools, and WhatsApp integrations.

Use of Saathi
Saathi provides informational AI assistance. You are responsible for how you use the answers and must verify important information before acting.
No professional relationship
Using Saathi does not create a doctor-patient, lawyer-client, financial adviser-client, government officer-citizen, or any other regulated professional relationship.
User responsibilities
- do not upload another person's private data unless you have the right to do so
- do not submit OTPs, passwords, bank secrets, private IDs, illegal content, or harmful instructions
- do not use Saathi to impersonate others, harass people, commit fraud, or violate law
- verify government, medical, legal, financial, agricultural, and mandi information from official or qualified sources
Government services
Saathi is not a government department and is not an official portal. It may explain schemes, eligibility, forms, and public information, but users must confirm final details on official government websites, helplines, or local offices.
Service availability
Saathi depends on internet access, WhatsApp/Meta, Firebase, AI providers, Sarvam, Bhashini, public data sources, and device permissions. The service may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or interrupted.
Account action
We may restrict, block, or remove access for abuse, security risk, illegal use, policy violations, or operational harm.
Intellectual property
Saathi branding, product design, code, and service content belong to their respective owners. User-submitted content remains the user's responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saathi is not liable for losses caused by reliance on AI outputs, third-party services, public data changes, missed schemes, medical/legal/financial/agricultural decisions, or service interruptions.
Privacy and deletion
Use of Saathi is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Signed-in users can type DELETE in chat to request deletion of profile data.
